PIA Nearing Completion

As Pegula Ice Arena barrels towards its opening - September 6th is the scheduled move-in date, while the first game is on October 11th, of course - pictures from the scene continue to make clear that really, all that remains are some of the details. And that the whole thing is pretty unreal.

The first photo of those shared on Tuesday is from the men's hockey team Twitter account via the Mortenson Construction webcam, while the last four (1, 2, 3, 4) come from director of hockey ops Billy Downey. Respectively, they're the main seating bowl, the weight room, the locker room (the bowl with the backlight Nittany Lion will go into that circular hole in the floor), a concession stand and the main lobby.
