The newest men's commitment debuts in the Commit Cycle by taking over lead spot from Kenny Brooks (it's alphbetical, if that wasn't obvious) and by beating Brooks' team...he recovered from a tripping penalty 23 seconds into the game to dish out first assist on the Lancers' second goal, which ensured a lead that was never relinquished...Bailey's power play goal against Dubuque tied the game at 1 just 1:29 after the Lancers had gone down 1-0 in an overtime win...he fired five shots and was a -2 in the win against Chicago.

Brooks had his own statement in that matchup with Bailey, deflecting a centering pass off of this skate to score roughly nine minutes after that assist to pull Tri-City within 2-1...his assist against Sioux Falls came on the power play and tied the game at 1 midway through the first period.

While Glen was quiet in the overtime loss to Lloydminster, he recovered the next night against the Kodiacs...his two second-period points helped push the Saints out to a 3-1 lead entering the final frame...he had two more points against St. Albert (enough for first-star honors)...he also got caught up in an extremely chippy game - rare for him - with a 2, 5, 10 penalty combo, thanks to a second-period altercation with Ryan Berlin.

McAdam got the only start of the weekend for the Black Hawks, but was dented four times by the defending Eastern Conference champs...Waterloo surrendered the lead in the Western Conference to Omaha over the weekend...said McAdam of the loss: "We are definitely missing some big guns [at the World Junior A Challenge], but we cannot use that as an excuse. When you have people gone, it is hard to maintain that chemistry needed. But again that is no excuse, it is all part of hockey. We have always struggled with Green Bay and everyone knows that. We need to learn to beat every team in this league, and it is a minor step for us right now. We will bounce back and make it right. We will get back to where we need to be and forget about this one."
